CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
With a successful track record in IT, Outsourcing Contact Center Services, and Manpower Outsourcing in UAE, Mahmoud currently leads Reach 3C for Contact Center Services. He has executed innovative projects in the Contact Center arena at the country level, focusing on business excellence and enhancing customer experience through Omni-channel digital and voice services. He has also worked as Regional Sales & Business Development Director for ME & Africa for international corporates such as HP & AVNET, which are US-based companies with over $20 billion in revenue and more than 23,000 employees.
